Synthætic Greetings!

Welcome to Synthætica Digitography! Here, you will find the digital photographic designs of Dawnne Gee, owner and lead photographer of ShadowMoon Productions, LLC, based in Harrisburg, South Dakota. We have chosen this Wordpress blog format as a way to write up each new image release and stay in constant contact with our buyers and licensees. If you have purchased or licensed an image from the Synthætica brand, you are welcome and encouraged to comment below each release notice with information regarding the use of the image or its usage in your collection.

From time to time, new imagery will be added, and such entries may appear to be retroactive. That will be due to the fact that I have several images that were previously published still outstanding in this collection. Keep checking the tags or archives, as I expect to have new imagery uploaded every week for the next several weeks.

Relatedly, I will be having to go back through my presence at “Made In South Dakota” and revamp that information with our finalized business model for fine art prints (especially adding “gallery wrap” output, for one thing) and to include images not previously published there. Each post here will be edited with the explicit link to its counterpart in Made In South Dakota. In other words, there are still some things to do up here, but the site and its initial content as of today are fairly complete, and as a result, I have finally opened it to the public.

Posts announcing the public release of imagery have been dated for their original publication, whether that was in a gallery hanging, in one of my old blogs, or on the Made In South Dakota website. Because I haven’t included past regular posts from those old blogs, my archives are rather sparse. In some ways, that’s a good thing. Expect less infrequent updates from here on out. I will also be using this blog to details learning excursions into the various tools I use, and as NDA restrictions are lifted, write-ups on the software that I frequently beta-test will also be found here.

In the meantime, feel free to check out the past publications of imagery—much of which you close friends, family and clients will already recognize, but browsing through here will theoretically be more pleasant than working? I hope so, anyway.
Thank you for visiting Synthætica Digitography!
